1.The Promoter is Ray Magazine and The Blue Train (“The Promoter”).
2.This promotion is open to all South African residents, except employees of Ray Magazine and The Blue Train, and their associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, merchandisers, sales agents, and their immediate family members. All entrants must be over the age of 18 and in possession of a valid ID document at the time of receiving the prize.
3.Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of the rules.
4.To enter simply subscribe/purchase a copy of the Jan/Feb 2010 issue and the issues following to enable you to locate and answer the related question that will appear in the Mar/Apr 2010 and May/Jun 2010 issues. The competition will end 06 June 2010 and the winner will be notified in writing and in the Jul/Aug 2010. The answers can be submitted to Ray Magazine in writing by using the following:

5. The competition include a luxury one way trip for two people from either Cape Town to Pretoria or Pretoria to Cape Town and
one way economy class air tickets to your home destination in South Africa, valued at R26 500.
5.1. Duplicate entries are invalid and not considered for any draws.
5.2. Every entrant who has entered the correct answers with every issue will come into consideration at the closing date on 06 June 2010.
5.3. The winner will be announced in the Jul/Aug 2010 issue. If, however, they do not respond or cannot be reached by 30 July 2010, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be announced.
5.4. You may be required to provide proof of purchase for all of your entries and store details will also be required for validation where applicable. 5.5. This campaign is being managed by Ray Magazine.
5.6. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted form that source and by those entrants invalid.
6. The promoters reserve the right to alter or cancel the competition at its discretion. In the event of such cancellation or
alteration, all participants and the winners shall waive and abandon any rights they may have against the promoters, its
affiliates or associated companies. The promoter may refuse to award any prize if any information or any irregularities or
fraudulent activities are detected.
7. The judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
8. Ray Magazine and The Blue Train, their promoters, agents and distributors will not be liable for any claims arising from death
or personal injury arising from your acceptance of this offer and reward, neither for any direct, indirect or consequential
damages suffered as a result.
